When we cleared out the loft at my Grandparents house after they passed away the other year, I found my Granddad's old Film SLR

Managed to get it working this week, after clearing the battery holder out, and putting a fresh set in. I thought it was broken, as the shutter was stuck closed, but it turns out you need batteries even though it's a manual wind on.

It's an Olympus OM10, and can't wait to take some pictures with it.

Matt, at first I thought it was a new bridge camera with a retro body. Be interesting what it does take pictures like.

I know, it looks like the newer retro bridge models, but it's a fell blown retro film camera. The shutter motion goes with a right whack compared to my digital one.

My Dads got some film SLR stuff he wants me to have a look at its been a long time since I loaded any film into a camera.

Same here. We had to get some film from one of Amy's friends. I don't even know anywhere that sells it any more. The one in there now is some from Jessops.
