New Foam from Vauxhall

The seat removed from the car

First thing was to undo the screw holding the plastic cover on behind the seat belt fastener

[ATTACH]10225[/ATTACH]

Onto the other side
[ATTACH]10225[/ATTACH]

Unclip the outer plastic cover, to reveal the screw
[ATTACH]10226[/ATTACH]
[ATTACH]10227[/ATTACH]

Pop off the back adjuster
[ATTACH]10228[/ATTACH]

and using a flat blade screw driver, remove the outer cover...
