Trip Computer.How Does It Operate.

Never bothered using trip computer on my Vectra c 2.2 Elite.How need to use it to find fuel comsumption.Can display info on central display and scrool up and down using rocker on indicator stalk but how do you reset as all figures never change.Please help.

from the looks of it
the front 2 buttons cycle thru the different modes
and the rear button resets the one your on at the time and a press and hold of the rear button will reset all

Sorry,bare with me on this one but which are the front buttons and the rear buttons you are describing.

this is an astra g/vectra b stalk conviently marked with s and r (step/reset)
but unlike the vetra c it only has one step button
