jordy Hi everyone I've just managed to trace my oil leak to a crack on the back of my cam cover. Its about an inch long and the oil is just weeping out really. I was just wondering is it possible to fix this or do I need a replacement. And if it is possible to seal the crack does the cover need taking off or can it be done left on do you think.
vocky probably easier to just replace the cam cover, they are quite cheap these days. Either way you will have to remove the cam cover to fix the oil leak.
jordy Ok thought so thanks mate. Is the cover the same on both the z22se and z22yh engines do you know?
