Hi guys, hope someone can shed some light on this..... I have a Zafira elegance with the z22se engine on a 2001 'Y' plate, and have an issue with a rough idle, cannot figure it out. No fault codes present on it, swapped and cleaned a few egr valves out. No difference! Cleaned throttle housing out, No difference. And this evening it decided to cut out on the motorway, almost feels like the spark has vanished, will slow right down to 30 mph and it breaths back into life, go another mile or so and the same thing happens, it then may not happen again and i will drive home as per usual. Egr valve? Crank sensor? Cheers dan.
