Ignition Coil Fixings

I am changing my coil and when I went out to remove only 1 bolt actually moved up.
I wandered what was going on.
It came up without these bolts moving up and it turns out this has been over tightened which has pulled 3 metal clips that are the thread out of the head.
I can put these back in but wander if I should put anything in between to support and avoid this again.
Any ideas what will stick plastic to metal or how to put these in securely??
Or should I just put them back in?

If you mean they came out the rubber thats ok sometimes they come out sometimes you need grips to pull them out when loosened i dont think its anything to worry about

No. They came from the rocker cover. Its the thread that holds the 4 screws for the coil

im sure they are all the same do you mean a rubber ring that the metal thread sits in if it is then they sit back in without causing any problems they should tighten up again post a picture if you can it will help
