Matt Just to clarify a bit more, this may have been causing issues with replies and getting "Unspecified Errors" around the site. This is because the JavaScript which is used to perform many functions in the software is also served from the CDN.
Matt Have found the culprit, it was google re-indexing the /userpix directory that I migrated onto the .com CDN domain
