Problem solved😃 It turns out that the pipe that goes to the front of the inlet manifold from the cylinder head was not properly fitted where it meets the inlet manifold. I don't know if anyone has encountered this problem, the holder for the oil dipstick gets in the way of this pipe from when it is removed from manifold and pipe also removed i personally found that it is hard to fit the pipe back on properly and sealed with the rubber ring, when refitting. This was my problem there was a space where it should have been sealed with rubber ring on manifold thus letting in too much air. i had to unbolt the dip stick holder from inlet manifold to have the pipe sitting properly. This "minor" detail that i originally overlooked was causing big problems no revs and nasty idling. With a fault code reader on the car this "minor" detail i overlooked was causing 4 fault codes to register. With this pipe properly seated problem was cured and no codes were registered on computer eml light out also.
I had to keep  take a step back and over Christmas i immediately thought of this pipe being my problem. I was even considering a new throttle body thinking mine was faulty due to 2 throttle position sensor codes. Some people were even suggesting to me that crank sensor can cause this problem also.
Glad to say i am now back on the road as of tonight. Its been a long and winding road but we get there in the end.
