Balance Chain Tensioner

Do you need to activate the balance chain tensioner the same way you would with the cam chain tensioner or is it already set for installation i have put in and the chain seems pretty slack

U activate by pulling the pin out of it.

Hey i done all that but the chain still seems very slack need to do it again
