abs ecu looks like it will fit at the back of the bay where the astra one would normally be

ps you don't want that pulley you should take it off send it me and then i can pop the 2.2 🙂

cooler rad, hoses, header tank, belt, pullies, air filter, ecu mapped but need the new one coded to the car first.
ive got a second abs bracket from the slave so will cut and shut to move it back towards bulk head and carry engines ecu.
will also need to get longer bolts for air con and alternator, not a problem once ive worked out what length I need I can get them flange headed next day from work.
think I will need a larger pulley for the sc?

i just used m8 all thread then cut to lenth and welded a nut on the end 🙂 might message you about the flange head bolts hehe

did you say it was a 2.8 or 2.9 ? pretty sure 2.8 will surpass the cooling ability im on a 3.1 atm but want to go smaller if you have the zzp hub would you like a swap ?

how come people don't use the injectors from the cobolt? but go for the z20let ones? why not the z20leh as they are less than half the price new.

not sure on the cc rating on the lsj ones the z20let ones are like £20 and suitable for up to 250 on the let and 280 ish on the 2.2 charger due to the higher fuel line pressure under boost
anything after that would be LEH then siemens 600's for more

LSJ/NET = green's 340cc (aka 34lb)
LET = grey 370cc
LEH = blue 470cc
siemens deka = black 600cc (350hp supercharged US spec so over 400hp uk spec)

that's all depending on what pressure you are running, z20leh are only 330cc at 3.2 bar according to Vauxhall. using them in the x20xev. ill take a photo of the ones I have with the kit. been trying to search for them but no luck. 🙁

just pulled the spec for the lets and the leh off the net so may be off a little (vxr forum!)
all the info i could get quickly on the greens are from here 34lb and thats 34 lb/hr (360 cc/min)

got to go up to courteney's to get the new ecu coded to the car and get base map for charger so will ask them if they can shed some light on what they are.
all this means im going to have to build another car to use all the throttle body parts! 🙁

very impressive, the first Z22SE supercharged corsa C! As the Z22 has a map sensor I guess it's pretty easy to get running? or would you consider standalone?

its the first corsa C z22se let alone a charged one! no need for stand alone as im not going mad with tuning.
Off to Courtenay's Friday to get new ECU coded to car and charger base map put on it. 🙂

it will just be the same as the vectra and astra supercharger base map CS use a 2bar map sensor and modify the ecu coding to support positive pressure
unless you go the route they did with poundys car where it just uses a standard ecu and map sensor before the charger with a secondary fuel injector controller for when in boost 🙂

so far I think all the parts ive got for the tb's have set me back around £2500.
still planning building another car with the b207r.
ive got a dta standalone for the tb's already. idle valve and a few sensors are all that's needed for them now.
I would need to sell the corsa B to make space for a third project car, that would be hard as I put a lot of time into building that.

Oh interesting, as we had major issues turbo'ing my Z18XE as they only run a MAF, and it just maxes out anything over 70% throttle.
That's why I now have a DTA ecu 🙂

well that was a good why to blow £72 on fuel in 1 day 360mile round trip.
second ECU and spare key coded to the Corsa, base sc map also put on.
just need to source injectors and pre rad then its time to get busy.
Also order a new quaiffe atb dif, just need to make my mind up which box to use? Vectra B = good acceleration Astra G good cruising speed and better fuel consumption??? :confused:

what will the car mainly be used for once the SC has been all set up? If it's to drive it like it's meant to be driven, I'd be looking at the Vectra B and go for better acceleration personally
