Just double check the pins inside the plug actually push inside their selves as we had constant problems with the cheap hubs, plug felt connected fully but the male pin was only just touching the female part and caused intermittent problems

all the other hubs are gm originals the one rear thats been changed is now working after the guy sent a replacement and the abs and tc lamps are off
wonder if its cause its up in the air
but the eml did come on while testing the emissions at the mot
could just be the new engine now needs mapping right

Could be because it's in the air as if cars running and wheels not touching floor will cause the abs/TC to go funny as I had the same on mine when I changed slave I tested to see if I could get gears before dropping it back down in floor, I didn't rev it up like you just went up through gears sub 2k rpm, maybe due to you holding 3k it didn't like it. However can't explain it coming on at test station, could that just of been the other code you had?

good news!
looks like I will be needing a new cat for the corsa B, just picked this up from behind it where I usually park her.
explains the metallic noise from the centre of the exhaust too.

I see that you blocked the middle one off but why don't you block the other two off?

it was blocked off because the pcv hole in the lsj inlet manifold does not line up with the z22se head (round hole lsj - rectangle hole z22se)
if you dont block the hole or cut the gasket you get oil running down the front of the engine after a while
the 2 outer holes are not connected to the inlet they just vent to the rocker cover lid the center hole goes down to the inlet for recirculation

im now using the saab head where the pvc holes are the same as the lsj supercharger inlet

Ok thanks for that. I'm getting oil through mine so I'm going to seal it off. What's best to use in silicone as I have rtv sealant or tiger seal or should I use the rapid steel epoxy?

no problem 🙂
i used rtv but applied some to the gasket around the hole on both sides also it helped stop the weeping oil

Would the bottom hole on the outside where the oil coming from be ok to put rtv sealant in?

Sorry just reread your post as you said both sides so I'm assuming you meant top and bottom

i filled mine from the bottom till it came out the top 🙂

fitted a new bottle was only £13 🙂

but dont worry the convenience of this phone is it takes 2 pictures at the same time one at full resolution then a resize for social media 🙂

yeh i fucked up with that one i left the rubber cap off and put it on the header tank cap then drove about for 2days i found the cap stuck on the belt tentioner that had worn a slit in it tried to fit it but it just keeps getting condensation im going to buy new ones lol
