so have been painting some scoota bits for a mate and while i had time in between coats i set about sorting the fuel rail
heres the injector plugs sitting on the manifold it was made worse but the thermal gasket
theres 2 that are close
bum lubed the injector insulators
cleaned out the holes in the head
insulators fitted
bum lube on the injector o-rings to
the fuel rail with the insulators fitted bring it out about 15mm
i found a spare z22se fuel rail and cut the mounts off
with some chopping and filing id got a bit just right to fit the gap
drilled and tapped them out to m6
found some anti tamper bolts i dont have a tool for the drill soon sorted that lol
heres the new gap around the injector plug 🙂
you would never know the difference 🙂
