one 120amp alternator fitted plenty of clearance now and i've not used any washers to pack it out theres about 5 mm clear between the output pin and the inlet case
put a big gob of liquid insulation tape on the nut to stop any problems 🙂

fixed both the engine mount and gear box mount with PU18 (aka tigerseal)

pushed the inlet mount collar back so it clamps down to my engine layout and not an lsj

spacers made for the A/C pump 35mm wont fit lol this is now my next problem

inlet dual pass sort of setup needs a little work to be right
