was looking at a stainless manifold plate and the last bolt is not there suppose the net dont have egr 🙂

also made a thingy for the oil pressure sender

on the older vxhall's you were able to replace the oil pressure switch with one that outputs to a gauge, straight swop !

yeah you can with this but due to the starter and inlet you have to buy the remote mount kit £27
so with this fitting i can just install the sender behind where the egr valve is and leave the stock oil pressure switch in place 🙂
im unsure if the sender will make the dash light come on if i used the oil pressure wire from the loom the other problem is the light dont come on at all lol

how come you didn't use nickel brake lines plastic coated? I had an escort with abs fail mot due to copper brake lines, was told burst pressure was to low.
got 10 meter roll of genuine Vauxhall brake line at home only need 1mtr to swap pipes on the corsa b. its still on original lines at 14years old!

the standard vx ones are plastic coated steel 🙂 we have an R reg vectra that has the standard lines to they all seem to be good
the cunfer is 2x the price as the copper and it was in stock at a local shop at the time of buying
you were told wrong 🙂 burst pressure of 22g wall 3/16 copper tube is well over 1800psi 🙂

was £8.40 for 25ft roll of copper
and £20.69 for 25ft of copper nickel (cunifer)
will ask at vx on the price of a roll 🙂 got to go pick up my new oil pressure switch at some point 🙂

edit dont think i want the steel pipe again 🙂

I never understand why Vauxhall mix the types of brake pipe on cars? uncles astra g has both, my Vectra had both.

in all the vx's we have had over the years cav mk2 cav mk3 vectra and astra they all use bundy steel tube the green coated one and they all go rust at the fitting ends
when i have some money im going to by a roll of cunifer 🙂
