demon tweeks sell pre formed exhaust bends, got mine from a local motor sport exhaust manufacture, with the sports cat, flexi and lambda bosses it cost me £250 plus 2 hours with the mig welder and a couple of pints for a mate who helped hold parts while I tacked it up. used flange from old down pipe and done away with centre pipe flange, just use sliding joint.
