That's a vibra-technics mount Mike think they retail for £85.

hey mike
its had the power flex inserts for a few years now 7ish think it may be what split the bush but can't prove that there still intact and fine

so its been separated for awhile but the Vibra-Technics looks like a good strong replacement uprated part and for £20 it was a real bargain cheaper than a new OE mount 🙂

Thats the Vibrotechnics front mount he fitted, its a full mount, whereas the powerflex on is just an insert

better than the powerflex inserts so far much smoother on pull off and less vibration in the cabin now 🙂

if anyone wants the old power flex inserts they're free to a good home just cover the postage 🙂

had a funny ticking noise under the bonnet the last 2-3 days thought it was a stuck drybolic lifter as it went away when warm but its not lol the exhaust manifold is cracked i can smell it lol

turns out the manifold is ok so what's that damn ticking lol its like a hydraulic lifter but sounds like the tensioner ??
happens with revs but goes after its walm

after being told at the paint shop the masks are disposable and replacement filter covers are not sold
i found them at B&Q for £5 🙂

new sunstrip sticker i messed the last one up in the frost

also found 3 for 2 on some microfiber drying towels £8 i like them 🙂

also after rebuilding my calipers and posting the youtube vid i contacted bigg red to say thanks and sent them a link to the video they were happy with the video and sent me over another set ATE 57/25 seal repair kit
which i'm grateful for 🙂

check your spark plugs are tight, had one where one was loose and i could smell fumes and hear ticking

just been out and checked the plugs there all up to torque settings
i will try and get a vid of the sound in the morning

heres the noise once its revved and yes it do sound like the big ends are going at the start lol but think thats just the vid

finally got round to fitting the new track rod ends not that they were needed but there on sort of got them close need to pop and get the tracking done in the morning 🙂
