yeah ive read a few post saying they break as soon as you put the wheel on the floor lol

some bits in a box came (yay z20net tensioner)

only issue is its for the Z22YH
anyone got a new cam sprocket spair they dont want lol

ok so went about removing the new bush's from the lower front arms so i can fit the new poweflex bush's
time to push them out with a vice and sockets

added lube on the way thru

this end appear to be a right bastard

heres me mocking the CS pic

best to use these instead

41mm socket and an old wheel bearing shell

all done ready to fit the new ones

rinse and repeat for the other lower arm to

????? if you've got the right bushes for astra g then they should fit. Heres a pic of mine if that helps.

the issue i believe is the new arms are built to different size specs i will need to remove one off the car to see if the bushes fit them to confirm its the arms or the bushes

or make a 0.5mm shim that goes all around the new bush (not gona happen lol)

Opps I didnt see your guide......sorry. But glad you gave the link because it confirmed I put my brake cooling duct on the wishbone correctly (and what a difference they make!)

Back to this post; Will the bush expand a bit when you insert the metal centre pin??? IIRC when i fitted mine they were tiny bit loose but after the pin went in they were ok......

my dad said the same thing but even with the pin its a sloppy fit the front bush are tight as they should be just the rears
the brake cooling duct's are good for putting brake dust all over your clean alloys to 🙂

yep means now i got get some new bolt in lower ball joints and clean up the old wish bones

going to refit the stock bushed to the new arms and fit them on the vectra

finally soldered in the last wire on the auto level to finish the job i even ran the cable down the steering collum tube with the other wires 🙂

found out somthing new today
how to refit the drivers side vent propelly
prize tab up

rotate vent 🙂

took the new switch apart to fit leds
the pcb is the same as the stock one just has no thumb wheel

i've also made the auto wipers more permanent by removing the scotch blocks and soldering in

then made a loom out of the wiring and put 8 mm conduit over the top (not shown)

speedo lens was removed and mopped looks just like new again

new trim covers for the speedo surround ,they have been in the glove box for about 8 months lol

even got the center console back in and the head unit

thanks matt just been out in it to get some fags
what ever happens when you take the battery off don't half make it shift
give it a treat to a jet wash ready for a good clean in the morning 🙂

well this is a big question 🙂
speedo = 3 x t5
MFD = 3 x t5 but i did it this way ->link<-
cigarette lighter = 1 t5 + remove the orange ring from the outer edge and sand smooth
fan control = 2 x t5 ? but comes out green
light switch = 1 x t5 + modification for top light 3mm led with resistor
window switch drivers = link (this one i did way way earllyer 🙂)
window switch passenger = in link above 3mm led
steering controles = smd 4 in total i maybe wrong its been awhile since i did mine
t/c switch = cant remember

only issue with the T5 led in the speedo you get corona affect as in my above pic i was going to go el on the hole speedo but looking to cost about £90 with the transformers lol

I did have a look thru your guide but the ebay link no longer works 🙁 so wasnt sure on the smd leds required.

also had ago at the closure unit
just need to cut the loom and solder in the 3 connecting wires

also like a muppet i washed and polished the car in the snow but used the das6 to put the tech wax on
it held off long enuff to let me wipe it all off
