spent some time this morning on the lighter stuff so i dont hurt myself again!
old door card off ,resealing of the moisture sheet

fitting and 1st step of cleaning you can see the dirt on the surface

stage 2 cleaning with autoglym leather cleaner and a stiff brush

the other side had the same cleaning and wipe down

even degreased the end of the door and added some polish lol

so the rear leather card that came with the fronts must of been ripped out by someone that dont know you have to remove the rear seat to get them out completely
today was fix his/her fuck up
they used araldite and some self tapping screws

found an old alarm siren that was the same plastic and then fixed the rivets with the instat soldering gun

and the other side to with a nice bead of plastic welding and the bottom 🙂

they both got cleaned 2 times same as the fronts 🙂

a short time ago i bought some rear spats off a coupe in our local scrappy for £15 the issue was one snapped in 2 while removing
so in the sun yesterday i welded it back together

starting to make it secure

shapers right and the bit in the top put back in

frankinspat

frankinspat 2 sanded the paint and excess plastic off

almost ready for filler

i did in the end melt some alloy wire to the rear to give it some support

then i came to today in the pissing rain i washed the car lol i had a nice coat of dust from being sat for so long

even applied some wax in the rain

was given some silver belts some time ago they were filthy

put them in the sink with some boiling water and vanish

still not as clean as i wanted

semas theres some staining still
