Just a quick update before I have to do some errands. The plenum is fitted!!!
Heres a few pics so far.......still lots to tidy up but its on, working & sounding niceeeee!

Whilst removing the fuel intake line I noticed I had a massive build up of pressure even after I had depressed the relief valve. I had previously noticed that injector 4 had a very slight leak a couple of days ago but assumed the seal was work, but i now know why. It seems the FPR was not opening much for the fuel return.
So problem solved by putting 1 of my spare fuel rails with a known good FPR back in. Also added some cleaner looking injectors.
I also had to extend some connections on my wiring loom for the TB, Map & air intake sensor. I did have a previously made up loon from my bertone coupe but when i connected that it would not start. After i pulled back the protective sheaths I found the wiring slightly different. So even If you have 2 bertone cars almost identical it seems the wiring looms are quite unique to the donor car.
P.S. The Thermal Insulating Gasket is doing a fantastic job! Almost NO heat soak from engine to plenum! Engine upto temp and plenum still cold (after a drive) to very luke warm after several minutes standing still. Im just getting a little heat soak from the water pipe on the left so ill have to find a solution for that.
