here's some more progress
after the paint was left to dry some small lumps needed sanding my fault for forgetting to put the filter on the spray gun dip tube
bumps
sanded with 1500 grit wet'n'dry
4th and 5th coat of paint was applied
while the parts were drying i changed the fuel filter and did a oil and filter change
some time later they were dry
and here's 2 of the parts fitted in the car
then disaster i picked up the ashtray it sprung open and i dropped it on the the main console part
so looks like I've got some repairs to do tomorrow with the paint i have left 🙁
