Hope everything goes well tomorrow and you get up and running again. Just triple check your timing is right and chain is nice and tight at the bottom cog. Ive have to remove and reinsert the tensioner whilst holding the curved guide tight before just to get the chain slack taken out.

I'm confident with timing chain i've done it about a dozen times now i'll be able to do it with my eyes shut soon 😉 its the balance chain timing i'm not 100 % with. the images on here inlet sprocket mark is not very clear. picture is too dark but others i can see well do you know of any better images around i can reference

There is no mark for the water pump so dont worry about aligning that up.
Daz One arrow points up the other down. The shafts shud fall somewhere near posistion due to the counterbalance of them. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
IDI_AMIN Thanks for the tips troops (y) i think i got it now. engine built up and back in car. just wiring and driveshafts to do tomorrow hopefully ready to roll tomorrow night:whistle:
