The saga continues!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil:
I authorised VX dealer to carry out replacing the timing chain etc, telling them I want to know the minute they take the oil nozzle off whether I have the faulty nozzle fitted (even though I know I have :wink: ). This was last Friday.
The dealer tells me he's put out a notice on the 'kit', but VX have told him there aren't any in the Country notsure.gif Once they have expected delivery date, they will then be able to tell me when they can fix the car!!
Having also got on to customer services to complain about the delay, I wanted a courtesy car. Guess what, they can't give me one because I don't have a warranty. After explaining the outrageous delays, not by me of course, a customer services manager is going to call me back.
I then rang another VX dealer in, this time in Leicester. Surprise, Suprise they've got plenty in stock what..
Getting back on to the garage where my car is, I told them that VX are telling lies, and that I could get one straight away. Also telling them to get back to VX to tell them I want a courtesy car for their inconvenience, and for them to organise the part to be sent to Chilwell, Nottingham noth.
I am now waiting for VX and dealer to call me back :evil:
