hello guys i was stationary at a set of lights and my chain started rattling realy bad thought id try make it out of the middle of the town centre as it was very bad with traffic and then it just cut out, i tryed to start it as you do but the chain was just slipping, anyway i took the rocket cover off and the side plate on the engine to inspect what had happened and the 2 chain guides had completely broken to bits...
ive just bought a new timing chain kit and fitted today but when i try to start it theres no compression have i damaged the valves or have i done something wrong is there away to check valves without taking head off.... i thank you in advance thank you
