Custom inlet pipe from air box to throttle body

Anybody can help me with this and point me pls where can i buy one ? with holes needed to put all those thingys and sensors in ? Please help

***Can anybody help with this ? Where i can order parts for a custom ******intake pipe ? I have fited a 57i k&n kit . I know that derestricted air box with vectra c pipe would be good but i chosed this option , now i want to replace the pipes from the filter to the throttle body . Where from can i order that pipes , the 90 degree thingys and all is neede ? Is there a site for ordering it ? Atleast the diameters of the pipes i need ? Where from can i order the cach tank the pipe to it and the litle filter on it ? Where does the first wire/sensor on the right goes after custom pipe ? The one up the throttle body ? ( i cant find the post to that mod ) Lot of questions , lot of bad english , please help 😃 <3 ***

Yep thats right, might need to cut the metal down so its shorter, not sure, also need to make a hole for the breather, mine has this too.

Also needs to be squashed so its oval rather than round, as it will foul otherwise.

I was thinking conect the breather to the cach tank ? If thats the midle tube on the original inlet pipe ? And sorry i didnt understand the squashing thing , if i dont squash it i will not be abble to close the hood or what ? my english its not so good sorry

Can somebody give me the tracking nfo do i need a 76mm 90degre silikon hose on the throtle body ? or i need other dimensions ?

Thank you m8 this looks nice . Is it beter to take this with all conectors or to make one without those two slots on the right side , so u set up a cach tank and conect the wire on the far right wherever it conects after ? I mean are there any improvements of removing tham from there ? and will this fit a astra g coupe cuz it says vectra sri but its same 2.2 engine i think

I am totaly confused now . . . That pipe that u show matt is 70mm diameter on bouth ends , the standar throttle body on a astra g coupe z22se is 58mm right ? I cant fit it than ? Can somebody confirm that the throttle body on standard astra g is 58 mm ? and can somebody say to me how big silicon hose can i put on it , do i need 1 mm biger or smaler or wtf im totaly confused about those things right now .

My pipe is aluminium, and its oval, I have a 76mm Silicon Degree bend on the left connecting to airbox and a 76mm 90 degree bend on the right connecting to throttle body.

I have my breather from the engine rocker cover (cam cover) and the other thing that Ive completely forgotten what its called, both connected and another very thin pipe coming off the 90 deg bend.

I cannot get pics as the car is not with me at the moment, but will be with it on saturday if you wish for them.

Will only fit the vectras, as the round diameter fouls the bonnet.

i understod all of that now but how a 76mm silicon hose fit on your throttle body on the right ? isnt the throttle body of an astra g coupe 2.2 a 58mm diameter ? will the 76mm throttle body fell down from it ? That is what i wanted to know . that pipe that matt show is rly nice but will not fit probably 🙁 . As for the the custom pipe , i would also make the aluminium one connected with 2 silicon 90 and 45 degre hoses . i would put the temperature snesor in the aluminium pipe in the inlet . the midle thing that leaks oil will go to the cach tank and on other side of cach tank will be a litle filter fited . as for the vacum sensor regulator pressure metter or what is it on the far right that u fitted into the 90 degre silikon hose up the throttle body i would fit on some other place im not sure where , somewhere behind the throtte body on the mainfold or idk right now where . But at before all of that please answer me if the throttle body is 58mm how the silicon hose of 76mm dont fall of it O.o im rly confused ?

As far as I am aware the std 2.2 z22se throttle body is 58mm Internal, externally the 76mm fits. If you look down the throttle body, you will see the internal diameter shrinks from the top.
