Well its all done.
Got to MPG at 9am, and left at 3.45pm.
The work too a lot longer than i thought it would take, but the guys at MPG did come across some issues with the map, abd being as it is EDS in germany that write the map, and send it to MPG to upload, it was taking a while in the communication to EDS.
We finally got it on the rollers, and managed 164bhp, and 163lbft torque. which im really pleased with. Said it should run even better on Shell V-power, which i will be filling up with from now on.
Rev limit has been raised to 7350rpm, which is great too. i didnt take it anywhere near that on the way home as it was pissing it down with rain. However the power increase is noticeable. Definately pulls stronger and feels a lot more responsive than it did.
Is it £600 worth though (including fitting of manifold)...
...probably not. Still very pleased with the results. But it just feels like a lot of money to be spent.
