Here is my project to reduce the difference between our too long stroke and get something about 2392cc

Does anyone did it or heard about it ?

I know that Darton is manufacturing some 90mm sleeves for the ECOtec and I'm surprised not to see more 90mm bore Z22SE.

yea, most people don't do it because the stock sleeves can take a beating (upwards of 500 hp iirc). here in the states people will turbo or s/c the engine so most engines dont need sleeves or a bigger bore. usu instead of buying sleeves people buy new pistons/connecting rods as the rods are the weakest link, no pun intended. (lol, i made me lol)

The fact is that I want to make it a turbo and a 90mm bore would help me to get a better spool. Why not changing the sleeves if you change rods, pistons, crank ... 😃
