TBH, we've been with them for the last 8 years as we originally took it out with our mortgage. It's only now I've started to look around properly when things are due for renewal, that you see just how shit most people are treated for being loyal customers.
Monthly premium was £36 last 12 months, and the new premium would have put that upto £46 a month this year.
Oh, and we've never claimed anything on the buildings or contents.
