Hopelessness I've cleverly managed to snap a thread from the bottom of my manifold when changing the front pipe. So does anybody have a manifold or a better idea? Cheers, Phil
m4rtin how close to the flange has the stud snapped? is there enough room to possibly get mole grips on it and wind it out, then replace with some new 10mm stud? i have just replace my OE manifold which is now in the sat in the garage but cardiff is a long way to travel if you were interested? im sure a scrappy or breakers near you would have one for pennies.
Hopelessness There's still some thread there, but my guess would be that it'll be well seized in. I could try and get the stud out but it's not exactly in a friendly place to get mole grips in! Where are you located? My location was old, not in Cardiff anymore!
m4rtin im located on the wirral mate. but if you are going to take the manifold off, it'll be worth trying to get the stud out first before getting a replacement imo.
