Saab b207, step by Step and Gains

HI all.

I have been searching and I can not find enough info to make a decision, I suspect my headgasket is gone but if it is a dead head I can see a point in refitting the factory head if the saab is heaps better.

Here is what I know:
Saab b207 head bolts onto me Zafira Z22se block,
Better quality casting then the Vax head.
flows better.

Questions.
Do I use my plastic rocker cover?
the coil pack need modifying.. how.
is the main purpose to fit a turbo?
Will I have economy gains
What power Gains will I achieve if remaining na.
I have a turbo from a TD04 turbo from a 2.5 T5 Volvo, could I use this on the saab head and 2.2 bottom end?
if turbo is the go will a stock bottom end handle 7 to 10 psi?
can I turbo with factory ECU? if not what do I use?
Is there a step by step guide on the net for the Saab fit that I can't find?
Is there a step by step for a Head remove and refit?
Any tricks or tips to this job?

Also the T5 Volvo is going to the crusher, can I use injectors or any other bits before it goes?

hi, i ran a b207 in my astra, sorry its taken me sooo long to reply, the coil pack can be (rather crudely) chopped and filed back to avoid the bosses found in the b207 head that dont exist in the z22se.
you can then use the b207 ali coil pack cover, by either milling an apareture for the ignition module to stick out of, or you could buy the relevant connectors and relocate the ignition module. (the ignition module is easily removed as it just sits on a concealed connector.)

the power gains from a low compression setup would be around 200 bhp ish, but the torque gain will be more staggering. you can use existing run pipes etc from the z20net to make life easier. DONT get carried away with boost as the chocolate piston rings are likely to give up.
