Like Bush said, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me...You can't get fooled again

Original fiasco with a certain member was in buying a corsa vxr front wing (drivers side) about a month ago (11th June).
They subsequently told me after accepting my payment that they would
provide me with a tracking number but that due to them going on holiday
they would not be around if there was a problem with delivery.
Immediately i was suspicious that this was turning into a scam but at least id paid
via paypal goods and not gift so i thought to myself i'll see what happens, always
good to give people the benefit of the doubt.
So for the next few days i kept chasing and chasing to see when
they were posting out so i could make sure someone was about to collect.
They stated that the item had been shipped but due to packing for their holiday
they would have to get back to me with regards the tracking number later that day.
I thought ok thats fair enough but when later came and i had heard nothing i rang once
again only to find a phone that was going straight to voicemail and stayed that way.
They'd obviously gone on holiday without having the decency to get in touch.
Truth is they never posted the wing like they said they had hence why they
couldn't get back to me with a tracking number because it doesn't exist.
Im pretty sure people here will back me up in the fact this isnt an acceptable way
to treat fellow members and im just grateful Paypal refunded me my money.
I posted this scenario on here and somebody they knew obviously saw it and told them because i soon got an 'apology' so giving them the benefit of the doubt i gave them a second chance....BIG mistake on my part.
After sending the funds once again and despite receiving a PM from a fellow member
who warned me about a similar thing that had happened to them very recently with
the same member this is what eventually arrived:

Bumper was wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap and thats it. Wing was filthy and covered in mud as shown. It looked like it had been polished with a brillo pad, and had several signs of being touched up with what appeared to be nail varnish (certainly wasnt paint) - All of this the fault of the courier company UPS apparently (I think not)
Immediately phoned the seller who was baffled as to why it arrived to me in this state.
One measly layer of bubble wrap was why. Wouldnt surprise me if it wasnt damaged in the first place.
Sent pics immediately and also asked that i be refunded straight away, didnt see why i should be out of pocket why they had to make a claim against the courier.
Kept getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse as to why my refund wasnt happening. At one stage they even had the audacity to blame me for opening up a paypal claim saying that now it meant the funds had been frozen so they couldnt do anything.
Quick call to Paypal showed that up to be total rubbish. They soon escalated it to a claim and money was refunded today 2 weeks after the whole fiasco started. Seller has just ignored me for that time with no sign of them trying to do the decent thing.
So buyers beware IMO no one should ever buy anything from ECCLES but that decision is yours to make, they have done nothing whatsoever to help me out
