just brought this.
bit of luck realy, worth a go.its had all of the rubber taken out and replaced with a silicone based material and i spoke to the guy who says it is realy stiff so once ive fitted it ill let you know if it has made any difference or not!

I nearly bought that the other day but gave it a swerve. I've just bought a brand new one from Vx. Did the chap actually tell you that he removed all the OE rubber? I got the impression that he filled the voids in the rubber and levelled it off?

I'm looking into buying a polyurethane kit to mould my own inserts.

yeah i rang him and he said he had intended originaly to fit it to his own car and that all the rubber had been removed and re filled with silicone.its worth a try! as it wasnt alot of money.all i got to do now is work out how to get it off!!
