Mark_Dj My toilet wont stop flushing, it's just keeps on letting water out. The top of my toilet has two buttons on it to flush. I have looked inside the top and can't see whats wrong. What can I do to stop it leaking into the bowl? Thanks
MikeS stop cock is not working take the lid off the toilet if it is 2 button u might need to give it a yank as water pressure holds the mechanism down you will c a thin piece of metal with a ball on the end move that about and u should see results

Had this several times now in all the houses I've had. Just replace it with a new one. Really easy to do, and new ones are only £20 from B&Q
Mark_Dj I don't have a ball thing in the top of the loo, The water is in a thin clear bag thing at the side. The water comes through the bag and fills the toilet up. I have had a prod about but can't figure it out.
