Mark_Dj I keep finding these bugs in my house. This is the 8th one in two days. At first I thought it was the same one coming back all the time, so I killed it. They keep turning up...
Mark_Dj It aint no bee thats for sure, I love my bees and would never kill one. I think these are Hornets?
pottsey i bet youve just noticed since the warm weather ,i have had the same they are masonry bees ,are they really dopey crawling about hardly flying ,if they are masonry bees dont worry they cant sting you as there sting isnt able to penetrate skin
si_c1978 It's a common bee or similar. Similar to the ones used for honey production and not at all like bumble bees (fluffy so they can withstand harsher weather) Sent from my X8 using Tapatalk 2
Mark_Dj So they are bee's, poor things. I killed 2 tonight 🙁. I won't kill any more now. I thought they could sting so I removed them. These ones did seem very dopey, lazy looking
JohnnyN Had a load of these buried in behind my garden wall. They were flying around where the children play so I blocked up the holes until they couldn't come and go anymore.
Mark_Dj I have just let 5 of these out the house today. I caught my dog playing with 2 of them outside. I don't have a clue on how they are getting into my kitchen

Mark_Dj Thats another 8 I have let go free today from my kitchen. I would love to know how they are getting in
Sjdickso Possibly air bricks and now in the cavity of the house, finding the way in through the holes with water pipes etc, might be worth checking outside on air bricks?
