Finally changed the engine oil on the VXR today. Did it in my lunch at work in the car park, as it's nice and flat.
Also while I was at it, I've been reading a lot about Extralube's ZX1, and recently added 220ml to the engine, and it made quite a difference to the overall feel of the engine.

You can also add it to the gear box, so today I drained off 120ml of gear box oil, and replaced it with 120ml of ZX1. After a quick 10 minute drive, gear change is silky smooth in the M32 now, where it was a little notch from 2nd to 3rd.
Will update the thread in a couple of weeks (even though it only takes a short drive to coat all the metal surfaces)
