leemarksmith Always said mines been fine as regular oil changes etc, it's now making a noise... More of a repetitive low thud then a tapping, could it be the chain or broken tensioner?
MikeS yeh had mine replaced on a vectra b and i did a few thousand before having the chains done - then again the chains had done like 110k
leemarksmith My chain is fine, solid and only on 65k. Gonna strip it down properly today to double check 🙁
leemarksmith Is it that front/straight guide that's prone to breaking on these, are these available seperatly?
Matt IMO if your stripping it down to check it you might aswell replace it! it saves you doing it in the future. Mine was on 65k with a snapped chain!
