Engine Stalling Issue

Hey Guys

Just got a Zafira (02 model z22se engine) in from a customer who is having a few issues with it stalling. here is what is happening

#1st symptom (not sure if its related) when i first go to start the car it turns over for quite some time before it starts "a lot longer than usual"

now once the car is running it seems to drive ok until you go to stop at some lights or a intersection it then idles rough and sometimes stall

Here is what i have tried
New Spark Plugs
New Coil Pack
New Fuel Filter
Cleaned out the throttle body
Blanked EGR Valve
Reset ECU

To me it sounds like the car is starving of fuel and im after some advice before i dig any further

Oh Forgot to mention i also drilled out the pre cat

Could be the CTS, a failing coil pack or an air leak. May possibly be a dodgy engine earth or one of many things.

cts would be good start

OK replaced the CTS and it fixed the rough idle and staling.

However it did not fix the issue of the prolonged cranking to get the car started. I thought this may have been the crank sensor however i just swapped it over and it made no difference.

any ideas of what this may be?

fuel pump maybe??

leave it a few days to make sure the stalling is fixed m8
