engine flush yes or no?

What’s people’s views on engine flush? Every time i have changed the oil I have always used a flush, however I have seen a few websites where people say it causes more damage than good (damages seals etc), and they say just by changing the oil is fine. What’s everybody’s thoughts and who does use it every time?

I use Forte engine flush. Not everytime but once every other year or oil change.

I've used engine flush on every oil change I've done in the past 11 years.

I would if it was on a car I'd just bought, especially if I had no idea when it was last serviced or clearly hadn't been done for a long time. However I don't really feel the need to if the oil is being changed regularly.

i think i will keep using it every oil change for the sack of a few quid. never been concerned about using it before, its only because i found the few post that went keen on using it every time. just wanted other peoples views.

I've also read loads of posts on numerous sites where people say not to use it, but as you, I've never had any issues with any of my previous cars when using it.
