2.2 complete engine

Got a Vectra 2.2 engine for sale here. Car wouldn't sell, so is now breaking. The head was fully rebuilt by Welham Engineering (Leicester) with new valves, guides & seals. A new Vx chain kit is fitted and also a Saab head gasket was used. I have all the receipts to back this up and the engine is still in the car so can be heard running. Looking for £450.

Damn it if I had any readys left I'd have that straight away into the shed! (No I don't mean the astra!)

Yeah, bit loathe to sell it really, but have picked up an MG TF which looks to have some serious damage (!) so I need the readies lol. Have priced it reasonably hoping for a quick sale.

Oh... and whats the mileage ? and will it go straight in to a 2002 Zafira ?

I'm in Oakham near Leicester. Engine has done just short of 90k and the head was rebuilt with new valves, guides and stem seals by Welham Engineering and has only done about 200 miles since. Was also a Vx chain kit fitted too all fully reciepted. TF is a shell swap although I am looking at bunging a T16 in possibly lol.

I may well have this off you mate, can you organise delivery? Does it come as in that pic? Will it go straight in the zaf. And how much oil did it use?

I just am weary of buying a used engine... but mine is knackered, ill post some pics in my thread later.

Was for the engine only really, but if you want both then it'll save me constantly falling over the box lol.
Didn't appear to use any oil, but then again it has only done 200 miles since it was rebuilt lol. Compressions are all good though. As far as i can see, it'll be a straight swap for you.
