hey guys all give u a break down of ma problem first
just after christmas ma car broke down and a got it towed home and the aa guy said the head gasket had whent and the tensioners were fucked but thankfully i already had a replacement engine sitting there so the day i proke down i disconnected the battery and stuck it in ma garage till i had time to work on it,
In april me and my friend changed the engine over and it went in with minamal problems, connected everything up and then whent to start it, it turned but never started and i got air coming from the fuel rail so i changed the fuel rail and it started then cut out right away, i had a guy cum out with a tec 2 and he deignosed it to a faulty fuel pump in the tank so a changed it and nothing still the same
the a couple of days ago a padlock simble came on and vauxhall said it was the immobiler so i put the car into them and then they phoned saying it was a mechanical problem not the imobiler but could not tell me what it could be so get it started
so can anyone give me some help as i am at a wits end now
someone told me it could be the fuel presure regulater but i am not sure
so far i have changed and done
feul rail
injector seals
fuel pump
throttle and inlet manafold
spark plugs
2 tec 2s put on
new battery as other was faulty
tentioner and belt as other was very noicy as qeeeky
