Well, Both the cars are in a bit of state paintwork wise more the Clio than the Astra.

So bought some new bits ready for a good deatilling session.

My friend only used GTechniq once as a customer specifically requested that he use it. (customer had to supply).
Whilst the finish was second to none, he commented that it was also incredibly hard to work with. Dried out quickly and very dusty!

Thanks for the update on the polish, i only got a small sample bottle 100ml at £5 just to see what it is like, i did look at the review and the dusting seems to be a nightmare.

Well all my products turned up today safe and sound. Just need to clear out the garage and get the lights and i will start to sort the cars out.

lights look like good value! whats the quality like?

I have not got the lights yet i am going to pick them up today / tomorrow will report back once i tried them, they get ok reports on detailing world though.

I've been thinking about getting some lights, as relying on the sun being out is a bit hit and miss in this country, and the LED torch I have doesn't seem to show swirls as much as I'd like.
