sandyc Due to numerous factors I have decided to stop taking my Astra to work with me. I go to work at 2.30am every morning and see too many deer on the back roads to get there. The car always ends up covered in a layer of farm dust and bird droppings while sat at work. Not forgetting the ever rising cost of petrol. I would have ideally liked and Astra van but I couldnt find a decent one in my price range and they don't exactly have alot of room in the back. I opted for this instead. It runs on fresh air and is almost agricultural when it comes to fixing it.
sandyc It will be very handy especially when I start getting called out to shift washing machines and stuff for people. I may try and upgrade to a Transit in the next few months. Last time I had one the phone never stopped ringing with folk needing stuff shifted. A bit of scrap collecting too and it should earn me some beer tokens. :-)
si_c1978 We used to absolutely cane one of those round our lanes! They not bad and quite fun for something on leaf springs. You just gotta remember to chuck enough tools in the back for the good handling! Lol Sent from my X8 using Tapatalk 2
sandyc It's not that great close up but it goes great apart from a noisy clutch bearing. A new clutch kit and a day spent swearing at it should sort it out.
