pottsey as much as it nice i hate it at work ,being a felt roofer and working with hot bitumen which is heated to 200c and the sun beating down on you its a bloody nightmare
Matt I bet it is mate! I went for an 11.5km run this evening, and it was horrible! 26deg C when I got back!
Matt Just a bit! My legs were still sore from Sundays run, and the rest of me was aching from the gym yesterday, so all in, a pretty shitty run :thumbdown:
