Like I said, make some paper templates of where you want the mirrors, then lay the templates on the floor like a jigsaw... Try fit them as close together as possible and then measure how big that square is and order that sheet that size.
As for wire it's just speaker wire direct from the battery, I just added an alarm pin switch so comes on when lift bonnet, you could just add a switch... Not sure where I'd add lights on yours?
