Car died on the motorway at the weekend, loud bang, some steam and a fair amount of oil leaking from underneath, I haven't had a chance to look at it properly but i think the engine is pooped and i don't have the time or spare cash to get her fixed. Got a new born to spend all my money on instead 😛
The car has covered 113k miles, Irmsher bumpers and spoiler, standard 15" sri alloys (2 brand new tyres). Front brake disks and pads have covered less than 1000 miles. Body work is in good condition, virtually rust free (one very small spot on rear wheel arch), some stone chips on the front bumper and a 1" dent in the top corner of the boot-lid. Back seats look like they have hardly been used, front passenger seat is clean and tidy, drivers seat has some wear on the right side back support. Apart from the engine the car was in good working order. 11 months MOT left and 5 months tax. Would hate to see her scrapped but need to shift her fairly quick.
Would make a good transplant project or if someone has the space would turn a tidy profit in spares.
Car doesn't start so would need to be towed and is in Portsmouth.
£400, any reasonable offer will be considered though.
