Great service. We've had Dyson for years now and the Customer Service replacement system is outstanding. Only last year we had a letter come through advising us that if we had an old Dyson of a specific model, we should return it and we would be sent a brandnew vacuum. As it was, it was in the shed and didn't work. I'd also robbed some parts off it for my Dad's Dyson yet they still had it back and replaced it with a new up to date model. Outstanding!
