Matt Bought my first book on the iPad last night. Wonders of the Universe by Professor Brian Cox http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wonders-Universe-Brian-Cox/dp/0007395825/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1333682316&sr=8-4 I didn't think I'd enjoy reading a book on the iPad, but I've been pleasantly surprised by just how easy it is!
rushy I take it thats using Kindle software matt? I dont have a Kindle but got the App for android and PC. I like the way you can read it on the bus via phone/tablet, then if you want fire up the lappy when your at home and it knows what page you got too so you just pick up where you left off.
Matt No Steve, the iPad has it's own iBook software. You can buy the Kindle app separate though (this is what my wife did, as those "Hunger Games" books were £3 for Kindle, or £8 from Apple).
Matt Just got the Kindle app for the iPad, and books on there are SO MUCH CHEAPER! I'm being forced to read those "Hunger Games" books by the wife, and they are £9 each through Apple, or £3.50 from Amazon on the Kindle app!
rushy I use Amazon for MP3's as well matt over itunes as there cheaper, and being able to download them direct to my player/phone is an added bonus.
Matt I'd like it if the ends of the stylus were thinner, but I think they need to be a certain size to work and replicate a "finger tip"
rushy The screen differs from my old phones screen in that it senses a current in your finger rather than just a pressure. My old stylus was plastic, the new one is metal.
