Automatic Zafira Engine removal question

Hey guys

I just removed my first Z22SE "automatic" out of a Zafira. I have done a few manuals before however this was my first AUTO.

When i removed the engine from the transmission a whole heap of transmission oil came out, is this normal??

Quick help would be appreciated

Sounds like you didnt undo the torque convertor from the drive plate and the convertor came out and lost its oil.

There are 3 bolts you access with starter removed. This seperates torque converter from flywheel.

No i didn't undo the torque converter, Whoops. Is this going to be a major problem? what should i do to fix this?
