whilst i was changing the alternator recently i noticed that the secondary pulley bracket, which is made of some aluminium alloy is badly corroded around where it bolts onto the main block so i have got to take it off and send it up to courtenays and get a new one made up.
its prob salt corrosion as it is at the bottom and can get crap on it.i could make one easily from a piece of alloy myself but rather than risk it being slightly out im going to get them to do it.
