00021 - Pushing Blower Motor, Malfunction

Hi,

i got the fault code 00021 - Pushing Blower Motor, Malfunction.
The Blower works when i power it with 12V directly from the battery. But it doesn't work when it is attached to the plug. It's the blower in front of the AC-condenser. I tried i lot of things but i can't figure out what is the failure.

I uploaded a picture where you can see which measurings i already made.

Is the 10,5V on Pin 2 (X64) normal?

I hope some of you can give me a hint.

Cud be the coolant module under the front bumper passenger side. the plug and pins get wet and corrode. And worst case the board gets wet.
