PHP Handler and Xcache Configurations

I've made quite a few changes to the web server this afternoon, which should mean the site runs stable and fast.

I've changed to PHP handler from suPHP to fcgi, and have enabled Xcache for the forum.

If you notice any problems using the site, please let me know.

Also, let me know if you think the site is running any faster :thumbup:

Made a few more small adjustments, but everything seems to be loading nice and fast here

Is anyone else having issues with staying logged into the site?

No further issues with this, and the config hasn't needed to be adjusted :thumbup:
